I totally suck at art.
I was trying to make a logo-thingy for the blog (above, where the title is), but that didn't go so well (sorry mom, another wasted sheet of paper! Heh, ehh....). But I shall not give up so easily.... maybe. It's just that after browsing so many very colorful and customized HTML designed (I spend way too much time on the computer...) blogs, I decided my blog needed some..... pizazz. So, I tried to make a title logo:
Don't try to hide your disgust in that disgraceful piece of, dare I say, art.
Okay, it's not that bad. It's just not what I was hoping for. Who knows, maybe this blog was destined to be... dull-ish.
Unless... (*smirk*)
What if you made a cool logo for the blog?
That would be awesome.
Sound interesting? Head on over to RySpace for details!
Anyway.... macaroni salad.
What's the significance in that, you ask? well sir/madam, I'll tell you what's so significant in macaroni salad...
IT STINKS!
Well, not literally, I was talking about the way it tastes. Just thought you'd want to know (plus I had it for dinner... or so my mother thought... heh-heh-heh.) See, we're all realizing things today!
Yours in awesomeness,
~Ry.

Oh dear. Well. It um. It's not so bad if you squint at it? lol. What exactly are you looking for in a header? I have adobe photoshop and it works wonders. ;)
ReplyDeleteWell, Carrie, I have gotten a few ideas of what I'd like to see. One of my ideas (which I shall explain later) was simply a yellow post-it note with the title of the blog written on it (preferably in sharpie-like writing, any color), or just the words "The Blog of Awesomeness" written in some fancy way. Just not too fancy, because, remember, this blog reflects the life of a young teenager, not some tea-drinking, rich-and-spoiled English-accented boy (maybe that was a bit exagerated). For instance, something similar to the "mistake" I drew above, but maybe with sme color in the background. Either way, just something that's not too complicated, but something fairly simplistic. Hope that makes sense, lol!
ReplyDeleteAs for the post-it note, I use a lot of those to write notes to myself for various reasons, so that kind of inspired me. Thanks for the help (that is, if you were offering!).
